any geese by mille lacs?

Early goose opens this weekend and i wont be able to hunt unless i find geese up by mille lacs. any suggestions on where to go would help.

Not sure of where to go there, but there were several large flocks that came into the lake about 10am to drink, then left again. They came in from the north west and sat south of the flats, then headed back off the lake to the west.

I have done some duck hunting near the north side and have seen a fair amount of geese and even managed to bag a few. I know there are a handful of farms/fields up there and I would think that most of the farmers would be more than happy to let you thin out the goose population.
