mdeiley
If you have the rifle any gunsmith can get you an after market wood or synthetic thumb hole stock. There is a fair amount of fitting needed to ensure it shoots well.

Ben1022
Do a search for Lawson Gun makers. They're in Tucson, AZ and do a number of diff't thumbholes for Remingtons. It is a custom stock but they will likely have a good supply of them and probably can get a deal if you're willing to finish it, yourself. You can probably get it from them, finish it and get a gunsmith to bed and float your action/barrel for a reasonable price. If you don't find it, email me and I'll find their brochure. Cooter
Go to Brownell's HSOforum, they have one thumbhole stock for sure, I believe 36 options for the M700 in all - just did a quick search there.
