Father Hennepin State Park - Activities??

I'll be up with the wifey and was wondering what there is to do at that state park?? Fishing? What Lake? Etc. Any help would be appreciated.

My wife and I were also at Father H. State Park this past weekend. We did not take a boat up and it was probably for the best. Saturday morning arrived @ 9a.m. with little wind and by that night the lake was whipped up really good, lots of boats sitting in the campground. Sunday the waves were a little smaller and by time we left Monday morning the lake was near glass, mother nature has a weired way with her timing.

After seeing the pictorial of your new Tracker I knew it was you, to verify were you pulling it with a blue Chevy? S-10?

Did you trailer to the north end at all?

yes, it was me.. ITs a blue Sonoma SLS actually. Same truck though You should've said hi. Did we camp at the same campground?

Oh, man, the waves were terrible that week-end. I decided to put the boat in and was in there for no more then 1/2 hour and man, that was terrible.. Especially for my small boat
