TUMBLEWEED Posted February 23, 2004 Share Posted February 23, 2004 I recently picked up two thumbbuster set-upsand am in the process of spooling em up.What do you think is the best/worst linesfor my two rigs???I have one medium set-up with a fast taperedrod/reel combo. I have been using it the last few years, and have never had a problem with it, no backlash snap offs, retains little to no water and very abrasion resistant. Something like the #50 flavor would be good choice for the species you have listed, if you go to thin (lighter # test) you may run into problems with the line digging in to it's self on the spool.RU Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
