Baitcaster Line

TUMBLEWEED

Question

I recently picked up two thumbbuster set-ups
and am in the process of spooling em up.
What do you think is the best/worst lines
for my two rigs???

I have one medium set-up with a fast tapered
rod/reel combo. The other is an extra heavy
duty for Lakers,Musky,Pike,Cats.

I am leaning towards SpiderWire Steath
in 10# and 40#......

I would go with the Power Pro Super Braid. I have been using it the last few years, and have never had a problem with it, no backlash snap offs, retains little to no water and very abrasion resistant. Something like the #50 flavor would be good choice for the species you have listed, if you go to thin (lighter # test) you may run into problems with the line digging in to it's self on the spool.
