What to do above 90 / your perfect weather day?

Well what do you do when it soars past 90 in the shade? I don't work outside my boss has a No work after 90 rule ( I'm the boss) with no clouds it's just to hot to go fishin but it is a good time to replace line on the reels, check the tackle box and go to the A/C of Gander to pick up a few things. So what do you do when it's just to hot to go fishin? On a day like today I let the jet ski's have the water. So here is your question. What is your perfect weather day on the water? I will go first with a fall afternoon say late Sept. slight breeze, few clouds temps in the low 60's one of those surprise days. Calm water and not a jet skier anywhere. Enough docks still in the water to maket it interesting and of course the fish would be biting.. And when this does happen everything else just falls in place. You hit green lights all the way from home, no one at the landing so you have prime parking. No one to tell you that "you should have been here yesterday" You know one of those days where your wife has a cooler packed and suggest....that you go fishing smirk.gif I have been lucky and seem to get a couple of these days every year. I enjoy them more to, sometimes I share them but like when dad dies in Grumpy Old Men you know he was at peace sitting on that old bench. So what's your perfect fishin day?

I was off today and was planning on fishing.. but I opted out. TOO hot.. and so humid. A bit too windy for my tastes as well.. my little 14' boat is horrible in waves and anchor can't hold either.

SO.... 80 degrees.. Dewpoint 50's.. 5-10 mph winds. Overcast. smile.gif
