Whare to mount antenna

Whare is the best place to mount a 8 foot marine radio antenna on a Lund 1800 Pro-V Tiller. has anyone found a great place to mount one whare it doesnt get in the way. Just looking for ideas of what other people did. Out of the way is the biggest concern. thanks for you input.

I have mine on the starboard side about 2' up from the transom

I'd suggest the same as Waterwolf. This will be in back of you as you sit. There it should be out of the way from you and your guests.
