i sure wish they would make it legal to shine at night because i just went down to the river and wow they just sit when u shine them its like they dont even know your thie.

Both MSAA and LLBA (new bowfishing association) are working on this issue and could both use everyone's support that is interested in seeing night bowfishing in MN.
