"The General"
I'm going to be heading up to Knobbys' Flyins on Lake Bamaji this August. I was just wondering if anyone here has ever fished this lake or been to Knobbys' before? Thanks in advance for any info or advice.

irvingdog
If you stand on the main dock from the managers cabin (where the planes land), and look to about 11 o'cock, you see the narrow peninsula and possibly a few bouys. 20 feet out from the tip of that peninsula, where the water runs pretty swiftly, there are more walleye than God ever intended to swim in one body of water. 3 pounds is the norm. Some times a run of 5, 6 and 7. Can't keep them off the line. They'll tell you to go a hundred different places. The finest fishing in the world is a stones throw away from the managers cabin. God, I love that place............. By the way, Jessica Bighead says hello (If you understood that, you've been to Knobby's)
