anyone been fishing around the BWCA?

I'm headed to the BWCA on Saturday for the week, and was planning on fishing Tofte, and Glacier 1 & 2 for trout. I'd be fishing from shore and was wondering how the trout fishing's been up there? I'd probably be focusing most of my time fishing sunrise since that what seems to be working around Detroit Lakes for the 'bows.

i was up the gunflint last week and the fishing was great, i hit the hex hatch while the fish and weather both cooperated. most fish were found suspending over deep water i'm guessing about 10-15 ft down, and then coming up to the surface to gorge themselves on mayflies (and every once in a while my fly) we trolled small raps during the day and fly fished in the mornings and evenings. with this hot weather we've had they may be a bit farther down in the water column
