If MN would drop the nonsense shelter fee altogether, this wouldn't be a problem! Other states don't have shelter fees and get by just fine. Oh wait, I forgot I live in MN...aka "The California of the Midwest"

Yes Minnesota is the land of high taxes and everything needs a permit or your busted, basicly the DNR wants you to pay high registration on everything but then wants yu to leave it on trailer and dont use it, Sorry just had to vent..

Icecold I could not have said it better. Take the deer hunting issue. Now in zone 4 alot of block #'s you can take up to 4 or 5 managment deer. But you must shoot them in two days. All They want is your money. They don't want you to shoot any. If they did they would extend the season a little.

Sorry guys just a little feed up with are DNR.
