Firewood in the Metro Area?

I was wondering if anyone could give me some information on where i could obtain some precut firewood in the Metro area. I go to school at the U and am planning several camping trips this summer to get out of the city (possibly Fr. Hennepin state park, Interstate, or Mille Lacs Kathio). ONly problem is i will need some firewood! Also if anyone has any info on the above mentioned campgrounds I'd like to hear what you have to say! thanks for any help in advance.

I camp at all three of them and do not waste your time bringing your own wood, the campgrounds have plenty for sale.

If you want wood there is a guy in Lino Lakes on Lake Drive north of Target across from the new VFW (or close to it) Pick-up loads go for $80. Never bought from him,so I can't tell you type of wood or quality. Also try the fireplace store on 36 in North St. Paul by Patio Town, they usually have a lot of wood stacked for sale.

There is a guy that sells fire wood on Rice Street just south of 694 on the west side. (about a half mile to 1 mile south) price? must be sort of cheap looks like he sells quite a bit

Thanks guys for all the info, turns out I'm heading to st croix state park because all of the other three are booked, but I am looking forward to it.
