FOOT Posted June 7, 2005 Share Posted June 7, 2005 LIL-RANGER, I've tried the willow cats up North (Whitefish, Cass, Winnie, Bowstring and a couple of others with absolutely zero luck on Walleye. I did get some Northern and large Bullheads but NO Walleye.The only place I've ever had any luck using Willow Cats is on the Mississippi south of Red Wing.If you're going up North I wouldn't worry about trying to find WC's I think they are a local bait only.
