I wonder if anyone out there has a detailed shop manual that they maybe able to help me work on my ATV. I am replacing the back middle sprocket for the second time. The first time was because I forgot to grease that zirk tucked in behind the brake disc and the bearings gave out which resulted in serious play on the sprocket. After grinding all the teeth down I replaced the sprocket also. Now I somehow broke one of the teeth off of the sprocket and am wondering if I put it back together right. If someone could email me a copy of it to NEIKO1967 at Yahoo.com I would appreciate it. Also, do you think I need a new sprocket if 1 tooth is missing or should I just replace it to be safe? Thanks for any help in advance.
We went to the flats too. I dipped a tire on the rental car onto it just to say I’ve been there, but it was still pretty soft from winter melt. After seeing some moron in a BMW suv get dragged out of the muck I had no intention of repeating his stupidity.
