Any one have a favorite Switchel recipe?

Harvest Switchel

2 c Sugar

1 c Molasses

1/4 c Cider vinegar

1 ts Ginger

1 ga Water

Mix sugar, molasses, vinegar and ginger in 1 quart

water; heat until dissolved. Add remaining water

and chill. Serve cold! Switchel is especially

thirst quenching

HAYMAKER'S SWITCHEL

1 c Brown sugar

1/2 ts Ginger

1/2 c Molasses

3/4 c Vinegar

2 qt Water
