gas prices

Does anyone happen to know what the going rate for gas in Fort Francis or Kenora is (probably $/litre)? Also, how many liters is in a gallon? I thought it was something like 3.73 litres/gallon. Heading up to Lac Seul this weekend and trying to plan where we will fill up. Any help is appreciated.....Hemlock!

Price at the pumps on shore (not on water) are 92.9 cents/liter.

My conversion:

multiply the .929 X .8 (US value of CDN$) and then multiply that # by 3.75 (liters/gallon) and you have your answer

.929 X .8 X 3.75 = 2.79/gallon

Not cheap, but you gotta do it!~

Thanks for the in sight Hemlock. Even at 2.79 / gallon that isn't too far off what we are paying here. I guess I'll fill my tanks in Dryden and help out the economy up there....Thanks again!

Try 94.9/liter today in FF. most places on the transCanada are cheaper but as you get away form it the prices rise.
