Just wanted to let everyone know that the Bassman tournament series still has one opening left for this year. these are team tournaments with a 5 bass limit. 6 tournaments for the year. If interested you can see the schedule on classic bass' HSOforum. or respond to this post for more information.

July 9th Prior Lake 6am-1pm

July 30th Clearwater Lake 6am-1pm

August 13th Maple Lake 6:30-1:30pm

August 27th T.O. C. to be determined 7am-3pm

$50.00 membership per person (100% payback into TOC pot)

$25.00 per tourney per person($50 per team)also 100% payback

$5 big bass (optional)

I hope you have some openings for '06. I currently fish a 10-12 tourney club and it's getting to be too much with two young kids. Hey Tom, I'm betting that you are the same Tom Wilson that fished the Hawgmasters club with your dad back about 1995-1997. I sold your dad an old project bass boat if I'm right. I used to fish out of my partners Sylvan back then.(We're both glad those days are over!)

That would be me. Man--that was a great old boat when we got done with it. Fished out of it for 4 years I think, before dad sold it and moved to Texas. He still comes up to fish though. He flew up for all 11 of the Bassman tournaments last year. This year he'll only be able to come up to fish the classic with me, but that's OK, hopefully we'll be able to put together a winning plan again this year. We'll be weighing in for our tourney on Saturday at 1pm at the Waconia DNR access, if your down that way stop by, check it out, and say hey!
