Exactly where on the bowdeck should the trolling motor be?

Dear all, I am deciding if there is a particular position on the bow deck that the trolling motor should be mounted? Should it be mounted such that when it is put into the water it is right at the tip of the bow or should it be slight to one side of the bow, or can it be a distance away from the bow along the side of the boat? Also, I am thinking of installing an electric anchor winch on the bow. Is there any difference if I mount it near the bow or away from it? Thanks

i have my electric anchor an trolling motor mounted on the right hand side of my bow motor themn anchor on out side it seems to work fine for me
