Bitter lake water clarity

How's the water clarity on Bitter? I am a bowfisherman looking for clear water to find some carp to shoot.

I was on Bitter 2 weeks ago, the water is stained brown. I'd think it would tough to bow fish. I was also on Roy. The water is clear and I saw ALOT of Carp.

Thanks, I've never been to Bitter. I ice fish religiously also, and have thought many times of trying it but always fall back to my other spots. So, I thought I'd find out the water status. Never bowfished Roy either, but I know that water is good. May have to try that.
