Permanent Fish House Floor Plans

I had no problems with break-ins last winter. I don't think it would be too hard to break into the house though. That door alone isn't going to keep a thief out of the house.

I never left anything in it either. I plan on adding some cabinets this summer so I can leave my plates, cups, silverware, etc. at the house but thats about all that will be left.

That door looked to be pretty solid. What would they have to do to the door to get into it. I know that style of lock would be tougher than what I see alot of times with just a padlock over a hinge.

good luck on the build first of all the biffy outside to get to is NOT a good idea you can mount a small 12v computerfan with a dryer vent damper on the outside wall to make a very cheap bathroom vent [PoorWordUsage]ing on a cold potty will make the roids scream and i have gone as far as adding a urinal from a porta poddy with the drain line into a bucket with a tight lid and cat litter in the bottom no more yello snow around my fishhouse heheheh secondly consider a pull out bunk like a futon with storage under it no shelves over holes they promote things falling into the hole check out the auto stores for led lights to use for hole lights as they draw very little froma battery have fun building it but the most importnat thing to remember is keep it as light as possible is it is not a crank down type the best thing to do for runners is water pipe not tin flashing i have seen way to many of those that after a few years of chisleing them out tin is all torn up and shredded im tellin you water pipe is the ticket i pull my 3000lb shack out with a quad runner two wheel drive and tire chains pulls like a champ. cool.gif
