Busch was the class of the field tonight. Nobody could touch him, except if Biffle would have stayed clean; that would have been interesting to watch. Wish Gordon could have done better, but it's apparent why he hasn't won there and at Texas. Just can't figure those tracks out. I sure did like the way Mikey drove. Drove the car as hard as he could without wrecking. Shows a lot of spirit, and it shows that he's not just a restrictor plate racer.

On to Talladega!!!

DEI---Jr is slowly getting a little better.Now only 13 points out of the top ten,maybe he can put together some good runs on the tracks that give him trouble.Next race should be another good run.

I'd expect Jr. and Michael to both do well next weekend. Hendrick has run well at the restrictor plate tracks, but I think DEI has had enough and wants to re-establish themselves and make a statement on those tracks. I'm already thinking that the top three for 'Dega will be the 8, 15, then 24 with possibly a photo-finish ending. I'm a big Gordon fan, but I think DEI is looking at a golden opportunity and are licking their chops for this one. Should be exciting!

How about the 99 car the kid did a nice job of saving what could of be a bad weekend.He sure seemed fast.

Very true. Now if he can just stay clean on the short tracks....

I'm not a huge Ford fan, but I really like that kid. He's got energy and enthusiasm....like he's just glad to be there. Not like some of the others where all the talk seems to be centered around "big business". He's so fun to watch and listen to.

Now, if he would just drive a Chevy!!! *hehehe*

DEI still has a long way to go to run week in and week out with the Roush and Hendrick boys. They may run good like last week and probably this week but there is still a long way to go.
