Hey i just got back from root river got my limit of rainbows it was a blast anybody else

I hit the middle branch of the Whitewater this morning. I landed 20 fish, all on a plain Mepps with a silver blade. I had probably 30-40 more that hit and I lost or just short struck it. Only fished about 3 hours. A very good morning!

Heading up to the Brule(WI) mid week again this week to get some steelie action. Landed my first legal one last week. Tons of fun but I was alone on the river so no one else got to get in on the action. Nothing hot and heavy but when they hit it was a battle!
