Snows around Marshall/Ivanhoe area?

Recommended Posts

boilerguy, I will be headed west late this afternoon! I believe I will have to cross over into SoDak to do some damage. Gonna try and hook up with some locals who say they are covered up with birds. I will be looking in the Marshall area on the way out and back. If I find some groups I'll call you to see if you want to get out and shoot.

Wiz, at this point in my life there's nothing I'd rather do than go shoot something. Preferably a goose. However, tomorrow I have to work a pretty long day, then it's up to the twin cities area for Easter with the wifes family.

Good luck to you and yours out in the fields. I hope ya find em. If you're in your camper, go ahead and park it in my driveway. It's a pretty good haul from S Dak, however.

Boilerguy, Thanks for the offer of a flat spot but I want to sleep right on top of those birds. Nothing better than a full moon night camping with 100,000 snows flying around. I wonder if they will fly all night? Two cases of shells, kids, and a few pops. Should be a great time! Thanks again for the offer.

I grew up in Ivanhoe and just talked to my brother who lives in Hendricks. He said all of the snow is melted. Lake Hendricks has a pile of snows on it as well as a few other spots in Lincoln county. He also said most of the local lakes are still covered with ice. Hope this helps and good luck.
