RE:Trap shooting any one????

I am looking for some one to shoot trap with up here on the North side.

I have a membership at Beaver Brook, so we could shoot handguns or rifles as well.

But I need the practic for trap this year, I want to win the AA class this year in my trap league.Last year I finished 4th out of 100 people, but had a very bad first month.I didn't break a 20 for the first three weeks.

Normaly shoot an average of 24 give or take a few percentage points depending on how things go.

Well welcome to the club,it is a nice range with 8 or more trap houses and a skeet range as well.

You have to be a member to use the rifle range, but I think they have a pistol league now as well.

I shot there on a team last year, we shot every Wensday night.

The team I was on had a guy drop out after the first 4 weeks, and I was in a slump the first 3 to 4 weeks so we got stuck in the C class.

I did shoot top gun for the class, and if my shooting had been on the first few weeks the team might have placed better.

I also shoot ever other week for my work league up at Crow River gun club.I shoot AA class there and two of our guys shoot the national circuit.

Dave Gorham went to the national finals last year,and the other guy placed 4 th over all in the State.

So it is a good group to shoot with, learn a lot with those guys.

I was supose to start shooting with a guy from Stanchfeild but I lost his Email address.He shoots up at Beaver Brook as well , has a practice trap in his back yard up there.
