Someone posted a fix for this problem a while ago by moving the pilot light closer to the thermalcoupler but I lost it. Can anyone help me? Thanks, Troy Pike

If you can, bring it back to where you bought it and exchange it for a new one. Why should you have to fix it. I bought my at Northern and had nothing but problems trying to keep it going. Found the receipt (had it almost 10 months) brought it back and they exchanged it. New heater is great-no problems.

Is this a new one with the red outline, or is this one of the first ones that came out. I have one of the first versions that came out and it doesn't even have the safety tip switch installed. I was having problems with mine and after trying a million different fixes that Mr Heater service suggested I try, I purchased a new regulator, and now it runs like new. I would suggest that if you do run this off a 20 lb tank, make sure you get the filter attachment...
