MrSenarighi
Has anyone been to either of these lakes in Ontario, Canada? I am heading up there in May/June this year and was wondering if anyone has had any experience with either of these lakes. Thanks, Andy.

wildirishrose
Have not fished Nora but been to White Otter. It is an awsome fishery. If you think you've seen clear water, you haven't till you've been to WO. No kidding, you don't need your electronics, even in 20+ feet of water you just look down and look for white tips. The walleye fishing is great with the occational pike thrown in. We also downrigger fish for lake trout, this lake trout fishing can be a welcome relief from all the eyes. If you get there make sure to have a look at Jimmy McQuats castle, you won't believe how someone could do that with no help. We'll be there mid June sometime. Things to bring for vehicle and boat trailer: Extra oil plug, extra oil filter, 5 to 6 quarts of oil, extra lug nuts (truck and trailer), some poly and duct tape (for those smashed out windows), mabey some spray paint to cover up some of the vulgar scratches in your rig (we had some odd looks heading home with: Go home **** suckers keyed into both sides of our truck). The locals do not like you taking up space at there "landing"
