i have my late father-n-laws green box but the transducer dissapeared does anyone know where i can get one or a whole unit like it thanks

hsolist has them once in a while. I buy them up at auctions once in a while when I can find them. The last two I bought were $7 and $12 dollars at live auctions. I'm talking about the whole unit, not just the ducer just to clarify.

Out of curiosity, do you want your Green Box for ice fishing or for the summer? We got a new Lowrance depth finder/GPS for the boat years ago so I converted my Green Box for ice fishing. Really all I did was make a "T" out of wood to hold it in the hole. It's no Marcum or Vex but it sure does the trick. A little water on the ice and it reads through 24" just fine. Tonight it even worked just like the new stuff. I was in 23 fow about 2-3 feet off the bottom and I saw a definite fish at 13'. I had to turn up the gain and adjust the suppression but I was able to see my lure and I reeled up to the fish. I felt the bite and pulled in a crappie. I plan on buying an LX-3 or FL-18 for next year but this thing has definitely served its purpose the last two years and was $400 less.

both !i remember when the father -n-law was alive we would fish the minnesota river by lesueur and we used that thing alot and it worked great but that was with a transducer LOL
