Pickled Eggs

Mudcat,

I use a standard pickling brine, then I add a bunch of garlic and a couple of hot banana pepper's for a little kick. Put it into the jar and refridgerate for a couple of weeks and eat.

I make sure the jar is clean, I don't can these for storage, I only make them when I know they'll be eaten within 1-3 weeks after they're ready.

Just make sure you don't bring them to the hunting shack or fish house and feed them to a bunch of guys that have been drinking beer, you will regret it!!!
