8" Lazer auger blades??

I currently am having a hard time finding replacement shaver blades for my 8" Lazer auger. I had a person tell me that the Eskimo 8" shaver blades work on the Lazer. Has anyone used them on their Lazer? Also I was told that the Lazer shaver blades cannot be resharpened. Is this true also? Thanks for any info.

Gander Mountain, Scheels, Fleet Farm all should have the blades in stock or can find them preaty darn quickly.

As for sharpening shaver style blades they can be but most folks have poor luck doing it themselves. I recomend a saw shop near you if they are the shaver style blades.

Flat edge chipper blades are a snap to sharpen yourself, it just takes a good file and a watchful eye to do so.
