I think it was you that mentioned in a post your wife is from brooten. Just kinda curious if I might know you people or not. I think our posts may have been deleted for refering to the local bar by name as I couldn't find the posts.

I was wondering the same thing. My wife thinks you may be a friend of Nick T. My father-in-law is Ed B. So if you don't know who I am from that chances are pretty good you know someone who does I think we are going to be out that way again the weekend of Feb 5th. We should hook-up for some fishing! How did ya do on johana the other weekend? I've heard good and bad reports out there. What end of the lake were ya on?

I can only think of one Ed B. If I'm right on my guess I graduated with Jace.

It was slow on Johanna for 'eyes. The northerns were as cooperative as ever. We are on the East end where there is a pretty good size cluster of houses. Some good size 'gills were seen too.

Jace knew immediately who you are. He said, "He was always outdoors." I said you have to be inside some of the time to be on a computor unless you got a laptop in the fishing shack.

Are you out on Johanna much? Or one of the other lakes in the area? Later sir!

No I don't get on johana much lot of smaller lakes. yea I've been inside more than I care to truck ain't the best and don't like the cold too well. So if I can't fish I'm here talkin about it. Well then as I've been getting older I don't sleep as much either probly 4-5 hrs. a night. There are some nice gills out there would be nice to tie into a bunch sometime. Let me know when ya come up we could get together. Think I'm going to URL 22-23? have to see.

We will probably be back the weekend of February 5th. You should talk to Ed about Johanna. He's out there just about every day. He gets on the lake through his friends farm so Ed tends to be a little tight lipped about his adventures. He wouldn't want the friend to get mad. You know how that goes.

Are you related to John? Boy is he a nice guy! I don't know why but he has been letting Ed and Jace and me access through his place for years. He won't let me duck hunt out there because he has guys already doing that. So I know he won't let just anybody on his property. But a lot of people won't allow anybody on their property period. So I got nothing but nice things to say about John!

Ask Eddy he might enjoy some company.

Fish Lake is a good little lake. I've fished it a few times with Ed. Ed is pretty good about making connections with people and getting access. He used to have a spot out on Marlu until the lady who owned the lot sold it. You should just talk to him and see what he says. I got to get back to work here (I work nights at a hospital. Can't goof off on the computor all night. Or can I?

I turned back to the guy, pointed at the picture, and shouted "Hey I know that guy!"

It is one of the few pieces of evidence that I'm not completely full of bleep. Got that one Early November during the full moon in Wayzata bay. 26.5" and thought it was a Muskie at first due to the nice fight. Unfortunately I am to technicalogically challenged to post a pic.
