I purchased this product from a private citizen and it was in like new condition. I have had it out about 6 - 9 times this year. I unzipped it to get out it seemed to work fine. when i went to get back in it would not unzip. A tooth on the zipper had broke. when i tried to undo it it broke 4 more teeth now the zipper doesn't work. What should i do? help

IMO Iwould take the tent to a shop and have a new zipper installed in it but put in a zipper with big teeth which are less likely to give you a problem. You could also put some candle wax or chapstick on the new zipper to help with moisture and freezing on the teeth. Also not knowing how old this house, you could call the company that made it and with some luck they might replace the tent.I had a problem with my 2-year old fish trap and contacted the company,and they sent me a brand new tent.I know as you said you bought it used but cant hurt to try.
