Brant Lake

[HOF#13]

Anyone fishing Brant Lake as of late? I fished it Saturday evening and last night with no luck at all. There are a few people out there every night, but don't know if they are having any luck.

If you check the surveys done in the winter, basically no one catches diddly on Brant. I wonder why this is. Theres tons of fish in there. You can catch them in the spring and summer. Why not winter? Are you using electronics and if so are you seeing fish? Good Luck

I've have good luck on Brant in the winter for walleyes. Need to fish after dark. I have always fished on the west end out in the middle.

I`ve never icefished Brant. Just never make it there. Cach a lot of fish there open water.

I've had good luck on Brant in the past as well. Brian, I think your right about fishing later. I have the best luck from sundown to the first hour or two after it gets dark. Other's I have talked too have said basically the same thing. I have talked to quite a few friends last night, and it seems no one is really catching fish right now. If they are, it is late at night. I think it's just a slow time for them right now.
