Tank top 20lb heater leaking?

I have a tank top heater and I went to use it this year and there is a leak coming from around the regulator Knob dose any one have a fix for this? Is ther a o-ring under there. It's not a mr.heater brand but looks just like it. It worked fine last year. Thanks for your help.

If it has an O-ring, replace it. I replace mine every year.
