Motor Guide bow mount problem

I've got a good motor and mount - Motor Guide Laser II 52ES but the foot pedal control isn't working. Anybody know where I can find a used foot pedal or get this one repaired reasonably? The shop I took it to wants $200 for a new one and the motor is probably not worth that.

What the pedal looks like ? Does it have a round connector ?

One more important bit of info on this - the connector on the foot pedal cable is rectangular (approx. 1.5 x 1" with nine contact points), not round like the current ones.
