I just purchased a new spinning reel the other day. It's a Pinnacle Deadbolt DNF 30 and I was going to put it on my jigging rod.
I haven't even put line on it yet and I noticed something I'm not sure I like. With the anti-reverse switch "on", I can turn the handle and occassionaly get the reel to slap back when I stop and move it backwards.
Should I return it and exchange for a different one or is it unreasonable to expect more from a $35 ice fishing reel??
