2000 Tournament Pro 17' CS

Wondering if anyone has a boat like this or close to it. I am looking at buying this boat and would like to know what others think of theirs. Thanks for the help.

I have a 2001 TP170 with a 100 hp Yamaha 4-stroke. It is the perfect boat for me. Fits in the garage, easy to load and unload by myself, incredibly stable, handles all but the biggest bodies of water, and pulls my kids skiing and tubing. If I had more space, I would have gone bigger (175) but no complaints at all. Well laid out with 2 livewells and a baitwell and wired like the big boys.

Have TP175 and love it. Have 115 Merc and it will do about 37mph. Can take 175hp-wish I had more money when I bought the boat.

I Have a 2003 TP 185 with a Johnson 140 hp four stroke and love it.... Boat is rated for a 200 hp but I can go Wide open trimmed going about 42mph with water in wells/gas 2 people... The ride is fantastic with lots of storage..I really like the rod locker storage for 10 rods...

I would recommend this boat to anyone...It really comes down to what you want... Some people are brand loyal.. some like Lund or Crestliners ... it's just like the snowmobile crowd... whatever makes you happy and fits your budget.. I owned a smaller crestliner before this !

Great boat! And I was a ranger fisherman and skeeter owner before this boat, so much for that glass is better than aluminum myth.

I looked at the 175 TP CS, but I found what I needed in the Magnum. Best of luck with your purchase! Nav
