How do you get a picture attached to your name when you post??? any help appreciated

You need to reduce the picture size to 100x100 pixels or smaller and then go into your profile to add it (My Home). You need an image server to host your image - then just type in the URL for your Avatar.

Are you familar with posting pictures on this site? If so, it is pretty straight forward. If not, you'll probably have more questions..

I didn't notice this site b-4. After I transfer a pic from my camera to the computer how do you send it to imageshack to get an address to put in your avatar?
