Hi all,

Fished Blanchard Lake on Sat, got an early start, on the ice by 6:30 AM. Drilled a pattern of holes and fished one bau for about an hour before moving on. Hit the main lake but only just thru the channel. Picked up a couple perch and that was that. Pretty slow and only on other guy fishing for pikw with tip ups.

Ice was marginal, 3.5 to 4 inches MAX. Not very good ice either, pretty milky.

Sorry not much more to report. Maybe with some cold weather this week, by New Years we will have several more lakes to chose from.
