what should i use to paste pictures on the site thanx I have a scanner and my photo's are downloaded on my local disk but I don't know how to post them thanx

You've already overcome half the battle.

You can do a search on the internet for image hosting sites and find a variety to choose from. Most are free, some have small fee, some are better, some aren't.

I just switched over to Imageshack. There HSOforum is imageshack.us. You can do a search and it should be at the top of the list also.

Then all you have to do is upload your pictures to Imageshacks site. Each picture will have a URL address. Just paste that in your message and the picture will show up. Copy and paste the one with the brackets that say around them.

I've also found my photos to load best if the are 72K in size and about 4"x6" or so.

how do you change the size to 72k?

I downloaded a program from the internet called resizer.exe

It takes files that are a meg or two in size, and knocks them back to 50k or so.
