What (and size) do you guys like to tip your jigs with?

How do you work your swim baits? ( twitching, long jigs, bouncing off bottom, etc.)

I like a longer sweep followed by shorter ones. Every couple of minutes bouncing it off the bottom for noise and to stir up a little dust. If I'm using my camera I adjust accordingly when a fish comes in to look.
