Stopped at Jefferson this morning. Wind had blown off any safe ice near the ramp and dam. Far side was frozen, but didn't want to work that hard. Maybe by next weekend there will be ice? Went to Snake river inlet,but by the time we got there, {9:00am}, the bite was over. 2 guys had 12-15 kokes on the ice. We tried till noon, without a bite.
