propane tanks

wonderin if any of u guys used those propane transfers tht puts propane into the little green tanks from the 20lb ones? if so how did it wrk and were did u get it

i was also wondering the same thing. is it hard to do or is it easy i was also wondering why they sell stuff to refill the tanks when on the side of the 1# tanks it says it is illegal to refill them i belive it says it is like a $500,000 dollar fine. but how would they tell if it was refilled.
