bucketmouth64
I bought some waterpoof Redneck hiking boots with Gore Tex from bps. This is my first pair of gore tex boots so I am wondering if the leather boots still need to have the waterproof spray added.
0 Tahoe2349
Care and maintenance for GORE-TEX® footwear requires simply cleaning the footwear exterior with a cloth or brush and lukewarm water. The manufacturer may recommend using a high-quality treatment to prolong the life of the external fabric and leather. The durable waterpoofness of the GORE-TEX® membrane is unaffected by shoe polish, silicone, oil or leather conditioners.I brush them up good new.. apply a good quality silicone..Clean and brush them once a year and reapply.. hope this helps !!
