I drive the outskirts of the park to work and haven't seen many vehicles.

I've hunted that in previous years. I was mainly seeing bucks and you need to shoot a doe 1st... That and the M-W morning, makes it tough for people to make... There was typically a pretty good turn-out at that hunt, at least early in the season. It drops off significantly as the season goes on - I'd think with the rut going there would be a lot of guys hunting it now..

I live about a minute away from this area and also haven't seen many vehicles of people hunting it. I've always thought that there it too many regualtions in the area(bringing the deer out in a body bag, having to shoot a doe first, can't leave the insides of the deer in the woods, public land, etc.) This may be one reason not many people hunt down there, just a thought, or at least thats the reasons why I don't hunt down their. Although I've always wanted to check it out and see what its like.
