Lowrance Temp

I have a LMS 240 which was purchased last April. The software is version V1.2.0 and has a date of April 22, 2002.

Has anybody had the temp just blink 32.0? It never makes a solid temp reading?

Any ideas? I did unplug the unit in hopes of resetting it....seems to me to be a software problem.

The 240 can have three temperature readings. Is it possible that the one that is being displayed (32 degrees) is #2 or #3? Check your manual and see which temp is being displayed? Just a guess...

I agree I think you're reading temp #2 or #3, I have two X-87's and they read 32 degrees on the temp #2 cause there is no connection to it.
