Connecting an 12/24v onboard charger

I bought a new ProSport 12/24 volt, 2 bank, onboard charger. I have a 24v (2 batteries)
trolling motor, and 1, 12v starting motor.
Can I attach 1 bank to the starting motor &
1 bank to the 2 trolling motors? Or do I need to connect 1 bank to each trolling motor? The included directions don't explain. Thanks in advance.

You need to connect on bank to each battery. If it is a 12/24 you can only charge two batteries.

charged, 1 bank to each battery, while
they are connected to each other making 24v?
Or do I need to disconect them while charging?

They will charge at the same time. the two bank chargers are no more then two individual chargers. Just hook one battery to each bank and you will be fine. good luck.
