6x8 Permanent For Sale

I have a newly constructed 6x8 shack for sale. It's on runners, so it will have to be hauled on a trailer. I live in the west metro and prefer you pick up. I could possibly deliver for a small fee. The walls and ceiling are insulated. I have not cut the holes in the floor yet, so you can choose the placement yourself. You must email me at [email protected] if you want pictures. I'm asking $400.00, I plan to donate $100.00 to a local children's angling charity, the rest is to cover my expenses.
