Clam 1060 portable for sale

I have a one year old clam 1060 portable fish house for sale. I bought this house new last year and was only able to use it a couple times. It is in mint condition. This is one of the biggest portables around at 10ft X 6ft. This house will fish 4 guys comfortably. If anyone is interested, I will entertain any offers, but would like to get $350. I dont have any pictures of it right now. If you search the internet for "clam 1060" you will find plenty of pictures of it. It is last years model and the only difference between it and this years model is the zipper. Mine has zippered doors that are verticle. This years model has "c" shaped zippered doors. I hope this helps out. I will try to find someone with a digital camera so I can get some pictures.

How quick is it to set up and take down the Clam 1060? I have two small kids I take out ice fishing and would have to be able to set it up fast and by myself.

I always go out by myself and have no problem putting it up. I can set it up on my own in about 5 minutes. This house would be perfect if you have kids. There is a lot of room for everyone to fish so you wont be crowded.

The 1060 is a Very Nice Portable with A Lot of Room. One Man can set it up in 5 minutes or less. You Cant't Beat the Room and Flexiblity with it. I enjoy mine.
