lead jigs in canada

someone told me that you cant use lead jigs in canada anymore, is this true, will be going up to a onterio lake next week. thanks AJ

I still use lead jigs, they still sell them at the resorts and tackle shops and most eveyone else I speak with has them on their line. Bring the leadheads.

They have talked about banning lead in the past but have not yet passed the ban. Sounds like they will continue to try but at this point there are no restrictions.
