How's the fishing been around oak? Plan on coming up this weekend!! Anyone been out for bass in the area, looking forward to that! Might try for some pike action also, any reports on pike? Thanks.

Had a good buddy (JZ) call me last night and I think he also posted here. He fished CDN waters north of Oak and did very well in the shallows with spinners.

I cruised around Monday morning at my place and watched smallie after smallie as I trolled in reverse along shorelines. They were all up on rock humps/large rocks in about 6-10' of clear water. I'm assuming that's where you'd catch them then.
